The Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) 2011 took place in Hainan's Boao from April 14 to 16. China Post Group issued the 10th Anniversary of Boao Forum for Asia postage prepaid envelope on April 15. On the same day Hainan Post issued 2,000 commemorative stamp albums entitled Inclusive Development – 10th Anniversary of Boao Forum for Asia.
