The 2015 China's Golden Financial Institutions award ceremony on December 18.
Postal Savings Bank of China (PSBC) was honored among the 2015 China Golden Financial Institutions for its excellent performance and innovation in risk management at an award ceremony held in Beijing on December 18.
The event was co-sponsored by China's Financial News and the Institute of Finance and Banking under the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), aiming to recognize domestic financial institutions in accordance with their performance in service delivery.
The PSBC has made intensified efforts to cope with financial risks whilst maintaining sound business growth with an emphasis upon innovation over the past several years. By the end of September, its ratio of bad credit assets had been controlled within 0.82 percent, which was lower than the average banking sector percentage. Meanwhile, its performance also met other requirements from supervisory institutions.
