A total of 129 delegations and 516 contestants from the China Post Group, the Postal Savings Bank of China, and China Postal Express and Logistics gathered to attend the opening ceremony of final of the fourth National Postal and Telecommunications Techniques Contest held in Shijiazhuang, capital city of north China's Hebei Province, on September 14.
Those in attendance at the opening ceremony held at Shijiazhuang Post and Telecommunication Technical College included Vice-President of the China Post Group Kang Ning, Chairperson of the China Unions of Defense and Telecommunication Yang Rijun, officials from provincial branches of the China Post Group and the Postal Savings Bank of China, and representatives of students from Shijiazhuang Post and Telecommunication Technical College.
From September 14-16, contestants from across the entire nation demonstrated their talents in the exploration and analysis of markets, introduction of solutions to clients' problems, completion of academic tests, and other topics related their daily work.
The event is part of celebrations to welcome the 120th anniversary of the founding of China Post, which will take place in March 2016.
