China Post Xinjiangs Text Message: Remain Free from Corruption
China Post Xinjiangs Text Message: Remain Free from Corruption2016-09-18

More than 800 senior Party cadres at China Post Xinjiang received special text messages on September 9 to remind the majority of Party members and cadres to be free from corruption with the approach of the Corban Festival (Eid Adha) on September 11 and Mid-Autumn Day on September 15.

To further implement the eight roles of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee, the Office of Discipline Supervision & Investigation at China Post Xinjiang sent blessings, reminding Party cadres to remain honest and clean during the two upcoming festivals.

In recent years, the Office of Discipline Supervision & Investigation at China Post Xinjiang send reminder text messages to Party cadres at Spring Festival, New Year's Day, the Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Day and other national festivals. They have sent seven reminders this year.

Eid al-Adha, also called the Sacrifice Feast, falls on the 10th day of Dhu al-Hijjah and lasts for four days until the 13th day. It is the second of two Muslim holidays celebrated worldwide each year. Meat from the sacrificed animal is divided into three parts. The family retains a one third share while another third is given to relatives, friends and neighbors, and the remaining third is given to the poor and needy.
