To mark the upcoming Philatelic Week that begins on August 5, the All-China Philatelic Federation and China Post Group jointly announced the schedule of the Philatelic Week with more than 300 cities from the countries' 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities participating in the campaign.
More than 1,000 activities will be organized to meet the different needs of stamp collectors, including 192 key nationwide activities that will integrate with daily themes and local characteristics of Philatelic Week.
China Post Group will also launch six national online and offline activities. Many cultural activities will be organized in different provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, such as philately summer camp in primary and secondary schools, painting and calligraphy competitions and blind date activities.
The complete 2016 Philatelic Week schedule has been released at the online Philatelic Shop of China Post and philatelic WeChat. China Post News also has also selected key activities on the schedule to promote in its newsletter.
