China Postal Express & Logistics and Aokang International made a joint statement that they would send out goods to their customers when online purchases take place within 48 hours during the November 11 shopping festival.
At a press conference held in Wenzhou, a city of east China's Zhejiang Province, on November 5, representatives from both sides pledged that they would deliver goods in two days or pay out compensation.
With support from its provincial branch in Zhejiang and municipal branch in Wenzhou, the postal enterprise would transfer postal packages from Aokang by air to important logistics centers across the nation. Meanwhile, the provincial branch would deliver packages to Hangzhou, Wuxi, Nanjing, Fuzhou, Shanghai, Hefei, Guangzhou and Chengdu without any stops on delivery routes.
Otherwise, Aokang would provide its customers with coupons as compensation for the delay of goods.
These latest efforts aimed to help more people experience speedy delivery services.
