President of China Post Group Li Guohua (R) met Ki-duk Kim (L), his counterpart in the Republic of Korea (ROK), during an official visit to southwest China's Chongqing Municipality on April 11. Kim was in Chongqing to attend the 2016 China (Chongqing) International Post Forum. Li briefed Kim on the operation of postal delivery via marine routes between Weihai City in east China's Shandong Province and Inchon in the ROK, and hoped both nations would further cooperation in the promotion of cross-border e-commerce through postal delivery at sea. For his part, Kim said his firm would like to work closer with China Post in the introduction of new postal products conducive to the growth of cross-border e-commerce.

President of China Post Group Li Guohua (R) met with Postmaster General of Hong Kong Post Jessie TING (L) during her tour to southwest China's Chongqing Municipality on April 13. She was in Chongqing to attend the 2016 China (Chongqing) International Post Forum. Li said both enterprises were expected to further deepen bilateral cooperation on the basis of mutual benefits and make a joint effort to better meet fierce competition in the postal market, while TING emphasized the importance of bilateral cooperation and hoped that more commodities produced in Hong Kong could enter the Mainland market via the development of cross-border e-commerce.

President of China Post Group Li Guohua (R) met with Postmaster General of Macau Post Huiming Lau (L) during her tour to southwest China's Chongqing Municipality on April 13. She was in Chongqing to attend the 2016 China (Chongqing) International Post Forum. Li said both enterprises were expected to further strengthen cooperation in the promotion of cross-border e-commerce and tourism as well as shopping in Macao, and in the expansion of business volume, while Lau stated that Macau Post would build up its partnership with China Post's branch in south China's Guangdong in the field of cross-border postal delivery.

President of China Post Group Li Guohua (R) met with his Slovenian counterpart Borris Novak (L) during his official visit to southwest China's Chongqing Municipality on April 13. Novak was in Chongqing to attend the 2016 China (Chongqing) International Post Forum. Li said the forum would further deepen bilateral cooperation in business operation, while Novak stated that his firm would like to work with China Post in the promotion of cross-border e-commerce. Both postal enterprises agreed to build an interactive channel for business cooperation at the forum.

President of China Post Group Li Guohua (R) met with Abdulla Olasim (L), his counterpart from the United Arab Emirates, during an official visit to southwest China's Chongqing Municipality on April 13. Olasim was in Chongqing to attend the 2016 China (Chongqing) International Post Forum. Li spoke about postal delivery via Eurasia International Railway, which starts in Chongqing and ends in Duisburg of Germany, and plays a key role in the transportation of electronic as well as liquid products, while Olasim said the nation would like to be a transit point for China Post in package delivery to the Middle East. Meanwhile, both sides held talks on opening an online store via China Post's e-commercial platform.

He was in Chongqing to attend the 2016 China (Chongqing) International Post Forum. Li said growth of cross-border e-commerce had provided postal industries with huge opportunities in the expansion of their business and that China Post would like to build a partnership with Saudi Post, while Benteen stated his enterprise was prepared to beef up cooperation with China Post.

President of China Post Group Li Guohua (R) met with Bagedate Mendoza (L), his counterpart from Kazakhstan, during his official visit to southwest China's Chongqing Municipality on April 13. Mendoza was in Chongqing to attend the 2016 China (Chongqing) International Post Forum. Li said that recent years had seen sound development of bilateral ties in the promotion of postal affairs, while Mendoza stated the forum provided representatives from postal enterprises in attending countries with an opportunity to exchange views on the development of e-commerce. Both sides agreed to accelerate cooperation in the departments of customs and railway services.
