China Post Express came in near the top at second place in a 2016 courier service satisfaction survey released by the State Post Bureau recently.
The survey covered 50 cities in 2016 including provincial capital cities, municipalities and 19 key cities with a large number of express deliveries.
Customers gave satisfaction evaluations on four areas of express services including acceptance, collection, delivery and after-sales service as well as 16 basic indicators.
A total of 93,884 valid evaluations were collected through online surveys and telephone interviews.
The survey shows that customers expressed an affirmation of express service quality, with overall customer satisfaction scores rising steadily for eight consecutive years.
The total score was 74.7 in 2016, 0.7 points higher than in 2015.
