The Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation was held in Beijing on May 14 and 15 to brainstorm ways of interconnected development. Responding positively to the initiative, China Post Hangzhou and Wensli Group built the country's first Belt and Road silk culture-themed post office, which opened in the Silk Museum at the Wensli Mansion in Hangzhou, capital of east China's Zhejiang Province, on May 18.
The post office displays dozens of Belt and Road-themed postal items and souvenirs. As a bond to promote postal culture and the initiative, the post office offers citizens a place to enjoy the unique style of silk culture. In addition, the post office has many interesting examples of modern information technology.
It was a second time that China Post Hangzhou cooperated with Wensli Group after the G20 Hangzhou Summit in 2016.
