Zhao Bosheng (1897-1933), a native of Dongci Town, Cangxian County (in today's Huanghua), Hebei Province, was a leader of the Ningdu Uprising and a senior commander of the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army.

Duan Dechang (1904-1933), a native of Nanzhou (present-day Nanxian County), Hunan Province, was a senior commander and military strategist of the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army.
Xie Zichang (1897-1935), a native of Anding (present-day Zichang), Shaanxi Province, was a founder of the Red Army and the Soviet base area in northwest Shaanxi and a senior commander of the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army.

Zeng Zhongsheng (1900-1935), a native of Dongxiang in Xingning (present-day Mensi, Zixing), Hunan Province, was a senior commander and strategist of the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army.

Dong Zhentang (1895-1937), a native of Xinhe, Hebei Province, was a leader of the Ningdu Uprising and a senior commander of the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army.

China National Philatelic Corporation will issue two FDCs and a commemorative cancellation respectively.
