The Representative Council of the State Organs Work Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was held to elect representatives of the 17th Congress of the China Trade Union in Beijing on September 6, 2018.

Guo Enjuan, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of the Department of Quality Management of the Postage Stamp Printing Bureau of China Post (PSPB), was elected.

The Representative Council had a competitive election in the primary and then single candidate election. In total, 119 out of the 122 ballots were valid in the primary, and Guo got 117. The high number of votes cast in her favor made her become one of the 22 candidates for the formal election.

She obtained all of the 119 votes, and was honorably elected as a representative of the 17th Congress of the China Trade Union.

What's more, Guo was elected as a deputy to the 19th CPC National Congress last year.
