China Post Henan held the Ningling Crisp Pears Promotion Event at a pear orchard in Ningling County, central China's Henan Province on September 5, 2018.

Since Henan is a large agricultural province, the branch integrated online and offline resources to sell the pears. This specialty product has been on sale at Henan Pavilion and 18 other pavilions of ule.com. Another approach used by China Post Henan is online shopping with outlets of ule.com and community supermarkets where customers can go and pick up their items.

In order to ensure the freshness of the fruits, China Post Henan sent postal staff to help farmers pick the pears and place them in green postal boxes. In addition, the branch offered direct mail orders, and organized door-to-door delivery. Thus, all orders could be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Up to now, the branch has received more than 100,000 orders of 400,000 kilograms of crisp pears in total.
