More than 200 entrepreneurs gathered in Boao Town, Qionghai city of south China's Hainan Province, for the 2018 BOAO Forum for Entrepreneurs to discuss the strategy of brand power on December 4, 2018.
The event was jointly sponsored by Xinhuanet.com, the China Economic Information Service, the news media center of Xinhua news agency and Xinhua Daily Telegraph.
Zhang Ronglin, deputy managing director of China Post Group, made a speech at the main forum of the event.

“The postal industry is an important social utility of the country. It is a modern industry that promotes a transformation in circulation and consumption upgrading. It plays a basic and leading role in national economic and social development,” he said.
Zhang pointed out that reform and innovation were the driving forces and quality service was the lifeline for the survival and development of enterprises.
China Post has improved its brand management and continuously promoted the overall brand image of China Post in recent years.
According to reports, China Post's total revenue has increased from 510 million yuan (74 million U.S. dollars) in 1978 to 489.05 billion yuan (70.97 billion U.S. dollars) in 2017. China Post ranks 113th in the 2018 World's Top 500 Enterprises of Fortune magazine, ranks second in income scale and has ranked first in profit scale among the world's postal enterprises for four consecutive years.
