The China Association for Quality (CAQ) has released the “2018 National Customer Satisfaction Enterprise” list. The Postal Savings Bank of China (PSBC) Zhangzhou branch in south China's Fujian Province was awarded the title of “National Customer Satisfaction Enterprise.”
The branch is the only one in the postal system to be recommended by China Post Group and PSBC's head office to participate in the selection, and the only commercial bank that was recommended by the banking industry to give a keynote speech at the 2018 China Annual Meeting of Satisfaction.
PSBC Zhangzhou branch has upheld the fine tradition of “People's Post Serves the People,” adhered to the “customer-centered” service objective, and built the brand of “Sunshine Service” in an all-round way.
It has been highly appraised by the expert group for its good service process control, strong market capability, high-quality level, multi-feature service and strong development capability.
