With the approval of the State Council, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China (MOHRSS) recently announced the list of persons who will enjoy governmental special allowances in 2018.

Three workers of China Post Group were granted the allowances, including Deputy Managing Director of the Operation Management Department of the Parcel, Express and Logistics Business Unit of China Post Group Xue Zhigang, Managing Director of the Enterprise Development and Science and Technology Unit of China Post Guangdong Ming Bangxiang, and a director from the Operation Management Department of the Parcel, Express and Logistics Business Unit of China Post Liaocheng in east China's Shandong Province, Han Liang.

Xue has been engaged in postal and telecommunications technology, postal network transportation management and information platform construction for a long time. He has also participated in key scientific research projects  of the  Seventh and Eighth Five-Year Plans. Xue has made outstanding contributions to the construction of the main postal truck network, the construction of the network operation control system, the construction of a network transportation vehicle management platform and other important production management network information projects.

Ming has been working on the research and development of postal  technology as well as information construction for nearly 30 years. He has devoted himself to promoting the transformation and development of China Post through advanced technologies such as Internet and big data. Ming has taken charge of a number of key scientific research projects, and won five provincial- and ministerial-level science and technology awards as well as seven provincial- and ministerial-level science and technology innovation awards.

Han has always been in the front line of production since he joined China Post Group and has demonstrated his outstanding skills on numerous occasions. For example, he discovered the “off-line order thermal printing method” after repeated experiments, solving technical problems in the production process. In addition, he has trained a large number of excellent first-line technical experts.
