At 16:35, July 27, a VQ-BBU all-cargo freighter, owned by ATU Aviation, carrying 17 tons of international mail and cross-border e-commerce parcels, took off from Xi'an Xianyang International Airport to Moscow, Russia. This flight marks the official operation of the Xi'an-Moscow dedicated postal all-cargo air route for International Mail.
On April 14, the maiden flight of the postal all-cargo air route between Xi'an and Moscow was completed. Since then, Xi'an Postal Branch has been actively following up its business development, providing sufficient cargo supply for the flight. The successful launch of this air route has provided not only more convenient flight options for the cross-border e-commerce sellers in Xi’an, even in the whole Northwest China, to conduct cross-border trade to Russia, realizing the direct logistics service from Xi’an to Russia, but also better consumer experience for Russian consumers.
The flight will operate twice a week in August.
