To invigorate green development and jointly build the new ecosystem of industry and finance cooperation, China Post Group (hereinafter referred to as China Post) reached a strategic partnership with WM Motor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as WM Motor) on August 20. Kang Ning, Vice President of China Post Group, Zhang Ran, CFO of WM Motor, and others attended the signing ceremony. Kang Ning and Zhang Ran signed the agreement on behalf of both sides respectively.

According to the partnership framework agreement, the two sides will carry out, on the basis of complementarity and resource sharing, all-round cooperation in the fields of new retail, service system co-construction, financial services, supply chain logistics and so on, injecting new vitality into the multi-dimensional development of the new energy automobile industry through industry and finance integrated service mode.

In terms of market expansion, China Post will integrate its resources and strengths of outlets, media, customers, products, partners, data and so on to provide WM Motor with comprehensive vehicle sales services of "China Post Auto Services — Shouchetong", and help WM Motor to expand its national market.

In terms of service system co-construction, the two sides will jointly explore the construction of service network system of EV-oriented auto marketing, vehicle purchase, vehicle use, vehicle rental and so on, as well as charging and after-sales service outlets, to provide convenient vehicle services for owners at all levels of markets.

In terms of supply chain logistics, the two sides will rely on the advantages of China Post in "logistics + finance" services, constantly build up their logistics partnership, and jointly push forward the optimization of the logistics business system of WM Motor. They will also explore an industry and finance integrated new service mode, and carry out comprehensive cooperation in the fields of inbound logistics, after-sales logistics and supply chain finance.

In terms of financial services, the two sides will gradually deepen their financial cooperation. Relying on its financial service systems of banking, insurance and securities, China Post will provide WM Motor with diversified financial services such as corporate credit, bills, dealer financing, financial leasing, personal finance, insurance, securities services and capital cooperation, etc.

In addition, the two sides will also carry out such cooperation as publicity and promotion.

It is reported that this cooperation is an important part of China Post's project of boosting the automobile industry chain. Carrying out comprehensive cooperation with the leading new automobile manufacturers on "China Post Auto Services", China Post will empower the emerging automobile brands, help automobile enterprises to rapidly broaden their customer base, lower user consumption threshold, and provide ordinary users with zero-distance automobile information access, product experience, comprehensive car purchase services and inclusive financial services. Meanwhile, it will continuously enrich the service contents of "China Post Auto Services" in such aspects as Internet services.
