On August 23, China Post Group reached a strategic partnership agreement with Inspur Group Co., Ltd. Liu Aili, Chairman of China Post Group and Sun Pishu, Chairman of Inspur Group, attended the ceremony. Kang Ning, Vice President of China Post Group, and Sun Chengtong, Vice President of Inspur Group, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.
Under the agreement, both sides will adhere to the principles of “openness, sharing, mutual benefit, equality, free will, and legal compliance” and carry out extensive and in-depth cooperation in financial services, digital postal services, express and logistics as well as publicity and promotion through advantage complementarity and resource sharing, so as to develop new services, expand new markets, and achieve mutual development.
Both sides will continue to deepen cooperation in financial services. Relying on China Post's banking, insurance, securities, capital management and other financial service systems, they will carry out diversified financial cooperation in the areas of local and foreign currency fund settlement, cash management, credit financing, supply chain finance, as well as in insurance, securities and capital management.
In terms of digital post, the two sides will strengthen cooperation in information platform, intelligent service, automated production, network efficiency, green operation, scientific management, etc., and jointly explore better solutions in government services, inclusive finance and other areas.
In terms of express and logistics, China Post will provide Inspur Group with logistics and courier services such as warehousing and transportation based on supply chain, while Inspur Group will gradually promote the use of China Post's logistics, warehousing and distribution services and provide quality data analysis services for China Post.
In terms of publicity and promotion, China Post will provide online promotion services for Inspur Group and help to build publicity channels. It will also take advantage of its own as well as cooperative offline channels to support Inspur Group in its branding, key customer maintenance, business referral, service building, and corporate celebrations.
Previously, China Post and Inspur Group have already had fruitful cooperation in finance, express and logistics, IT and other aspects. With this comprehensive strategic partnership, the two sides will fully exploit their respective advantages, further deepen and broaden their cooperation, and continue to push ahead with the integration of big data, AI, quality chain, IoT with postal services so as to offer customers fresher experiences, higher value and better services.
