China Post Group Information Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was established in Beijing on Sept 12. Zhang Jinliang, President of China Post Group, attended the conference and delivered a speech.

Zhang Jinliang pointed out that information technology has currently become the key productivity, main driving force and core competitiveness for modern enterprises, and it has been integrated into the whole process of corporate products, services, operation, management and decision-making. To fulfill the strategic goal of building the enterprise into the "national team" of the industry, China Post Group urgently needs to deepen supply-side structural reform and build a strong and independent information technology team. Regarding the work of this newly-founded company, Zhang Jinliang emphasized the importance of continuously strengthening theoretical study and consistently improving political stance. He called for steadily pushing forward the integration work and completing the task of structural transformation with high quality. He demanded that the leadership team should work hard to upgrade their capability to perform the duties, and shoulder their responsibility to drive the innovation and development of the corporate information technology.

At the conference, a leader from the Organization Department of the Leading Party Members’ Group of China Post Group read out the document about the establishment of China Post Group Information Technology Company and the appointment and removal decision. After that, heads of the new company made their statements.

This company has integrated and optimized the functions and personnel of some relevant companies and departments of China Post Group.
