On December 9, China Post Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with SAIC Motor Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as SAIC Motor) in Shanghai. Liu Aili, Chairman of China Post Group, Kang Ning, Vice President of China Post Group, and Chen Hong, Chairman of SAIC Motor, Wang Xiaoqiu, President of SAIC Motor, Lan Qingsong, Vice President of SAIC Motor, attended the signing ceremony. According to the agreement, China Post and SAIC Motor will carry out in-depth cooperation in vehicle procurement and vehicle operation, finance, express and logistics, market development, etc. In terms of vehicle procurement and vehicle operation, the two parties will actively promote cooperation in vehicle procurement in the areas of business travel, logistics and transportation, and personal travel of employees, and jointly promote the application of new energy and intelligent vehicles. In terms of financial cooperation, the two sides will focus on credit financing, personal automobile consumption loans, dealer financing, industrial funds, insurance, securities, capital operation and so on. In terms of express and logistics, the two sides will actively promote cooperation in document and goods delivery, international freight forwarding, international warehousing, overseas distribution, import and export customs clearance at key ports, bonded logistics, etc., and jointly explore cooperation opportunities such as spare parts inbound logistics, after-sales spare parts logistics, etc. In terms of market development, China Post will make use of its own resource advantages and comprehensive services, focus on the "micro car exhibition" cooperation mode, accelerate the exploration of small-town and rural markets, and help SAIC Motor expand the national market. At the same time, the two sides will also carry out cooperation in service system construction, comprehensive plant services, brand promotion, customer maintenance and other aspects.
