The 2019 China Brand Power Festival, hosted by China Media Group（CMG）, was held in Beijing on the evening of Dec. 15. Annual brands were released on the spot, and China Post was on the list of 2019 China Brand Power Festival Model 100 Brands.
In order to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instruction on pushing forward the transformation from Made-in-China to Created-in-China, from China Speed to China Quality, and from Chinese products to Chinese brands and carry out the guiding principles of the Central Economic Work Conference, Chinese Media Group hosted the Brand Power Festival. This festival takes “When Chinese Brands Shine” as its theme, implying that China will be much stronger with the continuous shining of Chinese brands. Meanwhile, the shining of Chinese brands also means the transformation of China from a manufacturing power to a brand power.
Model 100 Brands are produced by votes from the 2019 Chinese Brand Power Festival Recommendation Committee, which is constituted by CMG leaders at different levels, authorities from various trade associations, members of nation-level think tanks, scholars from economic, cultural, media circles and representatives of the central media. The fact that China Post is selected as Model 100 Brands fully reveals that the leading and model role of China Post in branding has been recognized by the authorities.
