On December 2-4, the 8th APPU Business Forum hosted by APPU was held in Bangkok, Thailand. During the forum, the Second APPU Regional Awards were selected and declared. China Post won two of the six awards - the Best Customer Service Award and the Best Employee Engagement Activity or People Development Project Award. Macao Post won the Best Corporate Social Responsibility Project or Initiative Award.
The Best Innovations and New Business Opportunities Award, the Best Corporate Video, Web-site or Branding Award, and the Best Sustainability Project or Initiative Award were presented respectively to Thailand Post, Maldives Post and Sri Lanka Post.
