Recently, the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus infection in Wuhan, Hubei Province and other regions has touched hundreds of millions of Chinese people. To meet the requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, China Post will fully support the fight against the epidemic in Wuhan and other places and ensure the timely delivery of all kinds of materials. Since January 25, China Post Group Co., ltd. has opened a green channel for the transportation of medical supplies, providing free transportation and distribution services for all donated materials sent to the Red Cross organizations designated by the municipal government of Wuhan. It is hereby announced as follows:

       1.In order to improve the rescue efficiency, the donation channel will give priority to receiving epidemic prevention materials, mainly including medical equipment, reagents, drugs, protective equipment, decontamination equipment, consumables (masks, gloves), etc.

        2.To ensure the efficient use of resources, we temporarily only accept materials for Wuhan from local governments, public welfare organizations, enterprises and institutions, medical device manufacturers and other organizations. For individual donations, it is recommended to contact the local government first.

        3.If there is any need for collection and delivery of rescue materials from other organizations or units, please call 11183, the customer service hotline of China Post. After verification, we will send specialized personnel to collect the mail.
