At 09:53 on March 18, Flight CF221 departed from Zhengzhou, Henan Province and landed in Seoul, South Korea at 11:52, which marked China Postal Airlines officially opened the route between Zhengzhou and Seoul with five flights per week, on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

With the opening of Zhengzhou - Seoul route, the time limit of express mail from Henan Province destined to South Korea will be effectively guaranteed. At the same time, the said route connects Nanjing - Zhengzhou route, reaching the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, thus it will strengthen the all-night service of Nanjing Distribution Center for the mail forwarded to South Korea. With Xi’an - Seoul route, China Postal Airlines has established the position of Zhengzhou and Xi’an in its independent air network so that it will improve the time limit of EMS mail to South Korea in a full scale, giving huge support to the development need of China Post international business.

At 09:56 on March 17, an extra flight CF225 of China Postal Airlines from Shanghai Pudong International Airport landed at Kansai International Airport, in Osaka Japan at 11:40.

This was the third cargo flight of China Post arriving at Kansai International Airport on that day after two scheduled flights, CF205 (Shanghai, China - Osaka, Japan) as well as CF215 (Yiwu, Zhejiang - Osaka, Japan). The extra flight between Pudong, Shanghai, and Osaka, Japan meets the needs of China Post EMS international business, which contributes to the stability of time limit of the mail sent to Japan from over 50 large and medium-sized cities in China, including cities in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta.

Affected by the epidemic, passenger flights have been reduced dramatically, intensifying the insufficiency of belly freight capacity. Subject to the limited resources of international cargo flights in particular, China Post bears the responsibility by launching the flight between Zhengzhou and Seoul, adding extra flight between Pudong, Shanghai, and Osaka, Japan, which has practical significance.

With the flight between Zhengzhou and Seoul, China Postal Airlines has launched 5 air routes, with the other four being Shanghai - Osaka, Yiwu - Osaka, Xi’an - Seoul and Fuzhou - Taipei.
