On September 24, the opening ceremony of China International Financial Exhibition 2020 was held in Beijing. Centering on the theme “Technological Innovation, Financial Transformation, Quality and Efficiency Improvement”, Postal Savings Bank of China (PSBC) actively participated in the exhibition, and fully demonstrated its endeavors and achievements in promoting transformation and improving service quality and efficiency through technology empowerment.

The exhibition was held both online and offline. The online exhibition platform adopted VR/AR, 5G, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other cutting-edge technologies, and took virtual exhibition halls as carriers to enable an immersive visual tour for the audience and an individualized exhibition for the exhibitors, whereas the opening ceremony and other activities were organized offline. The online 3D exhibition hall of PSBC places emphasis on its innovation and practice in boosting the deep integration of finance and technology, developing a “finance plus service” intelligent ecosphere and accelerating its pace in establishing a smart new retail bank, as well as its achievements in supporting national strategies, serving the real economy and fulfilling its mission in inclusive finance.

The award ceremony for the 2019 Banking Technology Development Award was also conducted at the opening ceremony, in which six PSBC projects won the Award. Among them, one research project won the second prize, and the other five projects were awarded the third prize.
