At 12:01 on December 16, China Postal Airlines flight CF231 takes off from Dalian Zhoushuizi International Airport and arrives at Seoul Incheon International Airport at 13:00, marking the official launch of China Postal Airlines’ “Dalian-Seoul” round-trip chartered cargo flight.

This is the fifth international air route launched by China Post this year. It is also the first direct chartered cargo flight route from Northeast China to South Korea. This route is the third international air route to Seoul, South Korea, in China Post’s independent air network, after routes “Xi'an-Seoul” and “Zhengzhou-Seoul”, and the 9th international (regional) air route of China Post.

It is reported that the “Dalian-Seoul” chartered cargo flight will be operated twice a week, on Wednesdays and Fridays.

The opening of this route will promote Liaoning Postal Branch to further give full play to its advantages and unlock its potential as the main delivery channel of cross-border e-commerce. At the same time, it will do a better job in helping the local economy to ensure security in foreign trade, operations of market entities and stable industrial and supply chains, and will comprehensively improve EMS time limit and EMS quality of China Post.
