In order to commemorate the first "Chinese People's Police Day" and extend deeply heartfelt wishes and tribute to the judicial police dedicated to the cause of the people’s justice, the release ceremony of the souvenir folders for judicial police with Chinese People's Police Day commemorative stamps, specially designed and produced by Wuhan Postal Branch, was held in Wuhan Intermediate People's Court at 15:00 on February 5. It is the first time in China that the Admission Oath and the Anthem of the Judicial Police of the People's Court have been included in souvenir folders for public release. Relevant officials from Wuhan Intermediate People's Court and Wuhan Postal Branch as well as representatives of judicial police attended the ceremony and jointly witnessed this important moment.

At the release ceremony, the promotional video "Chinese People's Police Day commemorative stamps" was broadcast. In order to commemorate the first “Chinese People’s Police Day”, China Post issued a set of two commemorative stamps entitled Chinese People’s Police Day on January 10. With the themes of “being loyal to the mission” and “putting the people in the first place” respectively, the stamps vividly depict the lofty image of the police’s dedication to work and their love for the people. This time, Wuhan Postal Branch particularly chose the judicial police as the theme for the souvenir folders, just for the purpose of facilitating the general public to understand the responsibilities assumed by the judicial police in the court, and for the purpose of vigorously promoting the achievements they made in ensuring the criminal trial, especially in pushing forward the smooth implementation of the special campaign to combat organized crime and root out local mafia.

The official debut of the souvenir folders for judicial police with Chinese People's Police Day commemorative stamps, designed and produced by Wuhan Postal Branch, won cheers and applause. The designs of the souvenir folders were inspired by the flag of Chinese people's police, which comprises red and blue, with red as the main color. Red represents the absolute and overall leadership of the CPC over Chinese police force, and reflects their political character of absolute loyalty, absolute purity and absolute reliability. Blue highlights the occupational features of the people's police, indicating their safeguarding peace and security. The elements of the glittering police badge and the "Anthem of the Judicial Police of the People's Court" displayed in the souvenir folder, further interpret the responsibilities of the judicial police for the faithful fulfillment of their admission oath "being loyal to the Party, serving the people, and being impartial in law enforcement and strict in discipline". In order to highlight the occupational features of the judicial police, Wuhan Postal Branch repeatedly communicated with the judicial police detachment of Wuhan Intermediate People's Court for the revision of the proofs, and it took about a month to complete this set of precious souvenir folders.
