Delivering more than mail, China Post, as the exclusive postal service provider for the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games and the strategic partner of the 2021 Tsinghua University Campus Marathon, delivered the winter Olympic culture to the campus of Tsinghua University on April 10, the 300-day countdown of the Beijing 2022 Games. Wang Jian, Vice President of China Post Group, Yang Bin, Vice President of Tsinghua University, and Shi Zongkai, director of Tsinghua University’s Physical Culture and Sports Committee, fired the starting gun for the campus marathon. Before the race, the two parties visited the postal exhibition area, recalled the history of their cooperation, commented favorably on the achievements made by China Post in its reform and development, and discussed the orientation of their future cooperation.

The 2021 Tsinghua University Campus Marathon is one of the events to celebrate its 110th anniversary. As the strategic partner of this event, China Post, together with its affiliated departments, showcased its brand image visually by presenting its logo and other elements on relevant landscapes (the starting and finishing gates, the background board of the main stage, the photo wall, etc.) and personal objects for the athletes (such as competition clothing and bags, guidelines, manuals, certificates and other items), and also by playing the promotional videos of the postal enterprises.

A 100-square-meter postal exhibition area was set up on site, in which an area of 40 square meters was designated for postal services and products concerning the Winter Olympics, and the other 60 square meters exhibited philately, express delivery and other main services. The Winter Olympic section consisted of elements of Winter Olympic sports, demonstrating the close relationship between postal enterprises and Beijing 2021 through the exhibition of the related philatelic products and delivery services, thus highlighting the strength and capabilities of the postal enterprises. The main services section integrated the theme of Tsinghua University’s 110th anniversary, showcasing the main design of the personalized stamp customized by China Post in honor of the anniversary, the EMS service China Post has been providing for the delivery of the admission notices, relevant banking, insurance and other financial services, reflecting the association between China Post and Tsinghua University, so that the faculties and students in the university may have a better knowledge of the specific postal services and an enhanced awareness of the brand of China Post. Liu Bo, Dean of the Department of Physical Education at Tsinghua University, said: "Tsinghua University has an excellent tradition of sports and games.
