The 5th World Intelligence Congress (WIC) was held in Tianjin Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Centre from May 20 to 23. The participating organizations and institutions brought in a range of cutting-edge achievements of intelligence technology in the fields of artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, digital economy, smart city and smart transportation to the congress which was themed "New Era of Intelligence: Empowering New Development, Fostering New Pattern". China Post presented its achievements in intelligence development at the congress.

China Post segments its exhibition stand into three different areas on the themes of smart operations, smart service, and interactive experience. The "smart operations" area showcases intelligent network planning, VR experience of the mail processing center, the new-generation of smart parcel, express and logistics service, unmanned sorting and distribution center, and other smart operations. Relying on the advanced smart operations technology, China Post can provide customers with friendly, rapid and high-quality parcel, express and logistics services. The "smart service" area displays smart outlets, intelligent remote service and unmanned delivery vehicles, where customer insight, customer service and outlet operations are optimized intelligently through data driven approaches to foster a comfortable, convenient and efficient one-stop service for customers. In the "interactive experience" area, visitors can experience a variety of interactive activities such as treasure hunting on stamps, playing upon digital stamps, fantastic 3D stamp exhibition and audio postcards. Ten sets of digitalized stamps including Five Oxen special stamps and Fujian Tulou special stamps, are also displayed, attracting a large number of visitors.
