Recently, China Postal Express & Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Postal Express & Logistics) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with CTS International Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CTS International Logistics). This is another concrete action by both sides to accelerate to develop and expand international competitiveness of modern logistics enterprises, promote high-quality development of China’s logistics industry, better serve the real economy and fulfill the mission and responsibility as the “national team” in logistics industry.

CTS International Logistics, an affiliate to newly formed China Logistics Group Co., Ltd., is China’s leading third-party integrated international logistics service provider and preferred international logistics solution provider. China Postal Express & Logistics and CTS International Logistics previously kept a good cooperative relationship as the “national teams” in logistics industry. Signing the strategic cooperation agreement, the two parties aim to jointly push forward construction of global hubs, backbone networks and ports, build the capability of localized warehouse distribution and two-way supply of goods through mutual complementarity and business collaboration, achieve sharing of overseas Customs clearance resources, bolster high-quality development of China’s logistics industry, providing further support for China’s real economy-based enterprises to engage in reconstruction of the global industry chains and supply chains and to increase international competitiveness.

Facing the logistics difficulties of cross-border e-commerce to expand overseas market under the background of COVID-19 pandemic, in-depth cooperation between the two sides lies in their consistency of mission, similarity of strategy, complementarity of resources, shared cultural roots and especially the massive prospects for cooperation in the field of international air cargo logistics. The two sides will, in a regular way, jointly operate mail cargo charter flights, including, but not limited to, charter flights in the direction of Europe, the United States and Southeast Asia. The two parties will give full play to their marketing advantages, organize supply of the heavy cargo, and reasonably coordinate them with postal mail of China Postal Express & Logistics and express mail to improve the loading rate and reduce operating costs.
