At 9:59 p.m. on May 15, China Postal Airlines flight CF9051 fully loaded with lychees took off from Haikou Meilan International Airport and arrived at Nanjing Lukou International Airport at 2:22 a.m. on May 16, after a stopover in Guangzhou, which marked the official opening of China Post’s first chartered flight route between Haikou and Nanjing for summer EMS fresh delivery in 2022, thus China Postal Airlines kicked off its third lychee shipping season from Hainan.

To ensure that customers can taste the sweet lychees fresh from the plantation in Hainan at the earliest time, from May 10 to June 10, China Post adds two weekend flights to the five regular Haikou-Nanjing flights from Monday to Friday, with one flight a day to support the sales of Hainan lychees. In the meantime, Hainan Postal Branch has its cold-chain logistics vehicles come into service in lychee growing regions to ensure refrigerated shipment. It also provides proactive customer service and conducts end-to-end control over the EMS fresh delivery items. Moreover, it provides the lychee farmers with parcel, express and logistics services as well as financial services, supporting the whole process of agricultural production.
