|China Post|2022-06-29

On June 28, Jing Junhai, secretary of the Jilin Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and Han Jun, governor of Jilin province, met with Chairman Liu Aili of China Post Group Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as China Post Group) and his entourage in Changchun, and they jointly witnessed the signing of the cooperation framework agreement between the Jilin provincial government and China Post Group. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on continuously deepening the win-win cooperation in postal finance, e-commerce, logistics and express, outlets construction, convenience services and other aspects. They reached a broad consensus on pushing forward the high-quality development of local economy, comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, continuously improving the well-being and livelihood of the people, and implementing China Post’s "double thousand project" (in which China Post aims to reach out to serve 1000 family farms and 1000 agricultural cooperatives).

The two sides will give full play to their respective advantages and further deepen their cooperation. Jilin provincial government will take China Post as one of the main partners in financial services, e-commerce, express business and convenience services, as well as a business partner in key development fields and major construction projects, and provide China Post with relevant policy support. China Post will focus on serving Jilin province well by actively supporting the financing of its major construction projects, its economic restructuring and industrial upgrading, thus fully sustaining the development of local economy.

According to the agreement, the two sides will cooperate in financial services, e-commerce and express, accessible public services, cultural industry construction and other aspects. Both sides have agreed to form a joint working group and establish a long-term working mechanism to speed up the implementation of cooperation.
