Recently, 20 packages of goods destined for the United States of America were cleared by Luzhou Customs in Anhui Province, which marks the first 9710 self-declaration transaction completed by Anhui Postal Branch.

The customs supervision code "9710" is referred to as "cross-border e-commerce B2B direct export", and is applicable to cases where domestic enterprises export goods directly to overseas enterprises through cross-border logistics, after they make deals through cross-border e-commerce platforms. 

Since the beginning of this year, relying on the export declaration qualification of China Postal Express & Logistics Co. Ltd., Anhui Postal Branch has made great efforts to improve its core capabilities such as self-declaration operation, trunk line transport with blocked space and chartered pallets, and development of dedicated line channel. This transaction of cross-border e-commerce items pioneered the "0110 plus 9710" customs declaration mode, which combines foreign trade supervision with cross-border e-commerce supervision. It is an innovation of the self-declaration mode of cross-border ecommerce following the export self-declaration in general trade of FCL (full container load) and LCL (less than container load) packing in air and sea freight. The successful opening of the "9710" cross-border e-commerce channel by Anhui Postal Branch has further enriched the export logistics channels for local foreign trade processing and manufacturing industries as well as cross-border e-commerce enterprises, and effectively helped commodities in Anhui province go global.
