Recently, China Association of Communication Enterprises (CACE) announced the customer satisfaction enterprises in the information and communication industry in 2022. Nine branches of China Post Group Corporation Limited (China Post Group) were awarded the title of “2022 Customer Satisfaction Enterprises in Information and Communication Industry”, namely Jiayuguan Postal Branch in Gansu, Golmud Postal Branch in Qinghai, Putuo Postal Branch in Shanghai, Nanping Postal Branch in Fujian, Kaifeng Postal Branch in Henan, Mudanjiang Postal Branch in Heilongjiang, and PSBC Shenzhen Longgang Sub-branch, Chuzhou Branch and Xiamen Huli Sub-branch.

To further improve people’s satisfaction and sense of gain, China Post Group, based on the requirements of CACE and its own strict examination, recommended its excellent subordinate enterprises for the assessment. After being reviewed by the assessment committee of the event, nine of its branches eventually won the title.
