Recently, as the lead underwriter and trustee, China Post Securities Co., Ltd. (China Post Securities) successfully issued “Shiyan Urban Operation Group Co., Ltd. non-public offering green and rural revitalization corporate bonds to professional investors in 2023 (Second Tranche)”, with a scale of 1 billion yuan (about 140 million US dollars), a term of 3 years, both the corporate credit rating and bond credit rating being AA+. This product is the first green and rural revitalization dual-labelled bonds issued by China Post Securities. And the funds raised will be mainly used for the construction of projects relating to rural revitalization and for repaying green interest-bearing debts relating to the project construction.

In order to respond actively to the national strategic decisions of green development and rural revitalization, China Post Securities has increased its attention to green finance and rural finance, and promoted the development of relevant financial products in an orderly manner. The dual-labelled product, jointly launched with Shiyan Urban Operation Group Co., Ltd. this time, will strongly support the industry construction projects of green, ecology and rural revitalization in Yunyang district (including water governance, ecological restoration, urban renewal and other sectors), and boost the overall rural development and the ecological environment protection of Shiyan city to a new level.
