Recently, the results of the 19th management modernization innovation awards (2022) in information and communications industry and transportation enterprises were announced, and 31 achievements, three units and two employees from China Post won the awards.

In the selection of the excellent innovation achievement award for corporate management modernization in information and communications industry for the year 2022, 13 achievements from China Post won the award. Among them, four achievements won the first prize, including Construction and Management of “Smart Canteen” Campus Acquiring Scenarios through “Three Selections and Three Focuses” (“Three selections and three focuses” refer to selection of excellent cooperation scenarios, technical service companies and professional acquiring service teams, and focus on excellent projects, assets allocation, and customer acquisition and activation). Nine achievements got the second prize, including Construction and Application of the Outlet Online Operation System Driven by “Cloud Mailing Station” (“Cloud Mailing Station” is an online sales model that integrates livestreaming, short videos, images and text, and other contents with products). Anhui Postal Branch was recognized as the model unit. Heads of Jiangsu and Guangdong postal branches were awarded as the outstanding organizers.

In the selection of the 19th innovation achievement award for corporate management modernization in transportation enterprises, 18 achievements from China Post won the award. Among them, five achievements won the first prize, including Construction of Customer Experience Management System Oriented toward Enhancing Product and Service Quality. Seven achievements got the second prize, including Construction of the Intensive Service System for Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents through Digital and Platform-based Innovation in a Large State-owned Logistics Enterprise. And six achievements were awarded the third prize, including Multi-business Interconnected Development in Postal Enterprises with Shortening Pharmaceutical Supply Chain as the Entry Point. Shandong Postal Branch and China Postal Express & Logistics Co. Ltd. were recognized as demonstrative units.

The award-winning achievements are of high value in demonstration and popularization, and influential in the industry. They reflect the new accomplishments and new approaches that postal enterprises have made in aligning their management to new business forms, new features and new trends.
