Recently, China Post Group Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as China Post Group) announced the awards for outstanding innovation projects and creative ideas in the mass innovation campaign in 2023. After strict selection and assessment by China Post Group, 18 projects were rated as outstanding innovation projects, including projects like “Leveraging Synergy Advantage to Activate ‘Outlets plus Stations’ Ecosystem and Build Core Competitiveness in the Rural Postal Market” and “Digital Innovation Practice of General Marketing System in a Wealth Management Subsidiary”, and 13 excellent creative ideas stood out, including “Establishing and Improving Customer Visit and Retention System to Efficiently Empower the Entire Customer Management Process”.

These award winners are all advanced management innovation practices and methods that postal enterprises at all levels have developed by focusing on the key tasks in priority areas, and effectively mobilizing the creativity of all staff members. China Post Group calls on all units to learn and apply these excellent practices and ideas timely and accordingly, make good use of postal innovation and intellectual resources, and continuously foster new driving forces and advantages for development.

It is reported that since the beginning of 2023, China Post Group has carried out thematic creative idea solicitation and innovation project cultivation, and pooled strength to promote problem solving in priority areas. Based on its cloud innovation platform, it has released a total of 24 innovation themes, and solicited 240 innovation projects and 2685 creative ideas.
