Recently, Heilongjiang Postal Branch and the Postal Savings Bank of China (hereinafter referred to as PSBC) Heilongjiang Branch held a kickoff meeting for the coordinated support for rural revitalization in 2024. The two parties further built consensus about their coordinated arrangement, supervision and assessment for facilitating rural revitalization, and specified development goals, according to which they will strive to jointly establish more than 500 credit villages in the first four months of 2024, and make great efforts to develop the “Financing E” service based on credit villages.

Both parties proposed that they should accurately identify their weaknesses and further enhance coordination awareness. Postal branches and PSBC branches in Heilongjiang province should conduct special research on the development situation, competition environment and existing problems, focus on conscientious implementation, and reinforce their synergy for competition by pooling the strengths of both parties. Postal branches and PSBC branches should focus on solving the problems existing at the grassroots level, strengthen training to cultivate professional talents, and proactively provide extended service in rural corporate business and credit card business. At the same time, Heilongjiang Postal Branch and PSBC Heilongjiang Branch will respectively put in place a series of measures including strategic performance assessment, cost and expense subsidies, marketing activity incentives, etc., to promote high-quality support for rural revitalization.
