On July 24, Henan Postal Branch and Henan Provincial Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese (hereinafter referred to as HNFROC) held a signing ceremony of a strategic partnership agreement. Under the agreement, the two parties will strengthen information exchange and resource sharing to facilitate overseas Chinese businessmen and enterprises going global. Henan Postal Branch will provide preferential international logistics services to truly help them reduce costs of export logistics, further raise their market competitiveness and actively push forward the development of the export-oriented economy in Henan province.
