On December 10, the Postal Savings Bank of China (hereinafter referred to as PSBC) held a digital finance conference and product launch of Mobile Banking 10.0 on the theme “Writing Digital PSBC @ i Era”, and released four digital finance achievements, including a large language model, mobile banking app 10.0, a white paper on its corporate structure, and a white paper on its data assets, demonstrating its exploration and practices in digital finance. Liu Jianjun, president of PSBC, attended the event and delivered a speech.
The newly unveiled Mobile Banking 10.0 has developed its integrated steward-like service with craftsmanship spirit, and made improvements in five aspects. First, it has upgraded its matching tactics to enable referral of on-demand financial services to users, making it more useful because of its professionalism and convenience. Second, it has launched “my financial time” and “my financial portrait”, making it more effective with heart-warming interaction. Third, it has created a digital assistant to facilitate direct access to business by voice instructions, making it more human throughout the whole process of transactions. Fourth, it has developed a metaverse business hall and a medal wall, making it more amazing with lifelike creativity. Fifth, it has upgraded its intelligent risk control system, making it more secure and reliable.
The large language model showed the achievements PSBC had made in using it to serve customers and strengthen internal empowerment. The white paper on corporate structure revealed the development of PSBC’s information technology over the past year and its future orientation. And the white paper on data assets comprehensively summarized PSBC’s experience and achievements in data-driven development, business and data integration, intelligent application, open scenarios, value assessment and other aspects.
The conference also enhanced the on-site experience via online and offline digital interaction methods such as the AI sign-in wall, mobile banking, online exhibition hall and the interactive screen with a digital assistant. Customers can view the virtual exhibition hall online, which has showcased nearly 30 digital finance achievements PSBC has made in six key digital areas including infrastructure, management, service operation, products and services, ecological scenarios and risk control.
