Recently, the Ministry of Transport and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly released the list of the first batch of national-level service standardization pilot projects (special projects for smart transportation). The digital mail center project submitted by China Post topped the list with its overall score, marking a major breakthrough the postal and express industry has made in digital transformation.

As a core project of China Post in implementing the strategies of building a digital China and a country with great transport strength, this project has established a complete digital transformation technology system for mail centers. Through theoretical innovation, technological breakthroughs, and practice validation, it has developed an industry-wide digital transformation solution covering all scenarios, and laid a technical foundation for cultivating new quality productive forces and advancing new industrialization. Currently, the project has become a transformation benchmark in the industry with comprehensive technological applications, complete scenario coverage, and remarkable application effects.

In the field of key technologies, the project has established a digital twin system and an intelligent brain platform, achieved industry-first distributed networking by integrating 5G, RFID and other technologies, and independently developed BeiDou high-precision positioning terminals and intelligent algorithm clusters. The business volume prediction model of the project won a silver award in Kaggle competitions, and its digital twin system and intelligent brain platform the second prize in China Industrial Internet Contest.
