On May 26, a batch of Japan-bound EMS items were sent to the mail unit at Wuxi Shuofang Airport in Jiangsu, and flown thence to Kansai International Airport in Osaka, Japan. This marks the official operation of Wuxi Mail Unit.

Wuxi Mail Unit is located in the surveillance zone of the international cargo terminal at Wuxi Shuofang Airport. As a port-type mail unit, it will connect offices of exchange in Jiangsu in the future, and rely on the rich international flight resources of Wuxi Shuofang Airport to further enhance the competitiveness of the port, thus providing faster and more efficient air mail transportation services for export-oriented manufacturers and cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Jiangsu.
