On September 11, China Postal Express & Logistics Co Ltd signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Resources Recycling Group (CRRG) Electronic Appliance Co Ltd at the 2025 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS). They jointly launched a green supply chain platform for safe recycling of mobile phones, and held a press conference to announce their cooperation fruits.

It is reported that the demonstration project of safe recycling and disposal of mobile phones covers 32 key cities across the country, which enables efficient integration of online scheduling and offline pickup. Customers only need to book a doorstep recycling service through the CRRG mini program for e-waste recycling, “Xinsui Wuyou” (worry-free chip destruction), then an EMS courier will come to collect the mobile phone. Alternatively, they can arrange recycling offline via intelligent recycling all-in-one machines. When they drop their used phones into the dedicated compartments of the machines, the system will automatically identify the phones, and EMS couriers will collect them on a regular basis. With the “Special Security” mailing service of EMS, these used mobile phones will be transported via exclusive channels and sorted in a separate area at the digital and intelligent processing centers. Once the packages containing used mobile phones arrive at Shantou Collection and Delivery Office in Guangdong province, they will be sent promptly and directly to the factory of CRRG Electronic Appliance Co Ltd, where the recyclable express packing boxes will be recycled, realizing “multiple recycling in one journey” and forming a closed loop of resource utilization.

In the future, both parties will continue to explore diverse and sustainable business model innovations including “Internet plus recycling” and “recycling plus trade-in”, to inject fresh vitality into China’s green, circular and low-carbon development.
