On October 18, China Post increased the flight frequency on the “Zhengzhou-Luxembourg” air route to three flights a week.

The “Zhengzhou-Luxembourg” air route, with its first flight operated on June 23 this year, is the second intercontinental route China Post has launched after the “Nanjing-Luxembourg” air route opened on June 26, 2024. As cargo volumes rose and the categories of goods carried expanded from exclusive cross-border e-commerce items to biomedicine, high-end manufacturing equipment components and other high-tech products, the frequency was increased to two flights a week on this route on September 10 this year. The further increase of the flight frequency fully demonstrates that this “Air Silk Road” has become an important channel for China-Europe trade.
