On November 7, the international air cargo and mail route from Zhengzhou, Central China’s Henan province to Tokyo, Japan was launched. This route operates four flights a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

Following the opening of the Zhengzhou-Luxembourg intercontinental air route in June and the subsequent increase in its flight frequency, the launch of the Zhengzhou-Tokyo international air cargo and mail route marks another significant step in China Post’s efforts to build Zhengzhou into a global air hub that can reach the world, radiate the whole country, and drive the development of the central region in China. Moreover, this route is the 12th international air cargo and mail route China Post has launched in 2025. Since the beginning of this year, China Post has accelerated the construction of an independent, controllable, secure and reliable international express and logistics system, thereby making greater contributions to facilitating the manufacturing industry going global and the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce.
