China Post’s service data hit historic highs during Double 11 shopping festival

During the Double 11 shopping festival in 2025, the whole network of China Post’s parcel, express and logistics business operated in a smooth and orderly manner, with its business volume remaining high, the volumes of collection, processing and delivery all hitting record highs on the peak day, and the business volume of returns making a new breakthrough.

During this peak season, China Post witnessed a substantial increase in production capacity across the postal network. The precise and effective operational management, steadily improved operational efficiency and significantly shortened time limit enabled zero blockages, zero backlogs and zero overloaded warehouses in the entire postal network. Specifically, the next-day (T+1) delivery rate of EMS items reached 85 percent, and the fourth day (T+3) delivery rate of express parcels hit 97 percent. The overall on-time delivery rate was the best for the same period in the history of the Double 11 campaigns, bringing customers the best service experience during the same peak season to date.

Key projects of China Post’s parcel, express and logistics business also delivered outstanding performance during the Double 11 shopping festival. The cooperation project with China Duty Free Group expanded its service from one warehouse to three warehouses, with the time limit exceeding customer requirements. The badge collection and delivery project for the China International Import Expo achieved 100 percent on-time collection rate, 100 percent successful delivery rate, and 100 percent abnormal issue resolution rate, with zero loss of all badges.
