It has enabled deep integration and intelligent empowerment of its management systems of standards, quality and security, and ensured normative, credible and efficient flow of data throughout their entire lifecycle, thereby laying a solid foundation for business applications.

In the field of data empowerment, PSBC has established a bank-wide intelligent retail marketing system based on big data and large models. It has deepened the construction of precise customer acquisition models for industrial chains through the development of knowledge graphs. Focusing on business scenarios of mobile banking, PSBC has developed recommendation models for high-precision customer profiling, customer reactivation and product feature optimization to help business with customer acquisition. Furthermore, it has constantly refined its intelligent anti-fraud model to support the identification of high-risk transactions.
