The year 2026 marks the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and, more importantly, the start of the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026-2030). In 2026, the National People’s Congress (NPC) and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) bear the important mission of drawing the blueprint for national development over the next five years and carry the earnest aspirations of 1.4 billion Chinese people for a better life. Six NPC deputies from China Post, entrusted with the great expectations of the postal industry and grassroots communities, will attend this grand gathering to put forward sound proposals and build consensus.

The six deputies are Guo Honggang, rural mail carrier from Xingtai Postal Branch in Hebei province, Zhao Mingzhi, mail carrier and station manager of Shengliqiao Post Office of Dalian Postal Branch in Liaoning province, Yin Yong, postmaster of Guiren Post Office of Jiangsu Sihong Postal Branch, Xie Jian, clerk and postman of Wailingding Post Office as well as postmaster of Haidao Post Office of Zhuhai Postal Branch in Guangdong province, Mo Fuyuan, mail carrier of Guizhou Longli Postal Branch, Zhao Mingcui, rural mail carrier of Shaanxi Shiquan Postal Branch.
