China Post is to issue a set of two commemorative stamps and one souvenir sheet entitled The Centenary of the Birth of Comrade Jiang Zemin. The two stamps feature Jiang Zemin in Shanghai and Jiang Zemin at the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China respectively. The souvenir sheet features Jiang Zemin waving to a marching crowd from the Tian’anmen Rostrum. The planned circulation is 4 million sets of the commemorative stamps and 3.2 million souvenir sheets.   The stamps will be available for six months from the date of issuance at designated postal outlets nationwide, the online mall of China Philately (https://jiyou.11185.cn), the mobile app of China Post, the WeChat Mall for philatelic products in the official WeChat account and the WeChat mini program of China Post Group.
