Recently, Shandong Postal Branch has prioritized its Russia-bound cross-border e-commerce business and rolled out a special empowerment event in Jinan, Qingdao and Weifang, the three cities in Shandong province. It involved more than 500 enterprises into the event, and signed cooperation agreements with over 70 of them, facilitating the export of Shandong products and helping enterprises tap into Russian-speaking markets. Currently, Shandong Postal Branch dispatches 3.5 million pieces of Russia-bound international mail on a monthly basis.

During the special event, Shandong Postal Branch provided whole-chain comprehensive support on site, ranging from interpretating customs clearance policies, guiding enterprises to join the Russian e-commerce platform Ozon, to handling cross-border logistics and distribution as well as digital operations and empowerment, thereby effectively addressing the practical difficulties of the enterprises in their going global, such as lack of cooperation channels and inadequate supporting services. Meanwhile, leveraging its advantages in the integrated delivery and financial services, Shandong Postal Branch offered refined services including one-on-one exclusive negotiations and regular community follow-ups to fully meet enterprises’ diverse needs for cross-border operations.
